About
Strength, balance, and confidence built one session at a time: that's what we offer at Ztrive with zee. We're a personal training studio in Novato, serving families and seniors across Marin County.
Our training is tailored to each client, whether you're rebuilding strength after a knee replacement, working on balance and endurance, or getting a young athlete ready for the season. We take a patient, supportive approach, with a gentle hand when it's needed and just the right amount of push to keep progress moving.
Many of our clients have trained with us for years and have seen clear gains in how they move and feel day to day. We work closely with each person, including young clients with mild special needs, so every session fits their goals and comfort level.
If you're looking for a fitness partner who takes the time to get to know you, we'd love to hear from you.
Give us a call or stop by to schedule your first session.
