About
In the heart of the Financial District-South Beach, Zenses Immersive offers yoga classes designed around immersive sound and visuals, from galactic sound baths to seasonal and ocean-themed sessions. Our studio on San Francisco's South Beach welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners alike, with mats, props, blankets and blocks already set up before each class.
Our instructors are known for tailoring each session to the pace and ability of the room, so newcomers feel supported and seasoned students stay challenged. We keep the space clean and comfortable, with lockers, a seating area, herbal tea and snacks available for before and after class.
Restorative classes like our Enchanted Forest practice open with a short meditation and close with gentle, soothing guidance, helping you unwind after a busy day in the city. We serve yoga students across San Francisco and the surrounding neighborhoods who want a relaxing, distinctive practice close to home.
