About
For Reiki and tension and trauma release exercises (TRE) in Berkeley, Your Body Knows How is here to help. We offer Reiki energy work and TRE, blending the two so that deep healing can unfold, in individual sessions and group settings.
Our approach is gentle and loving, and we guide each person with patience and care, honoring whatever they bring into the room. We hold a safe space for every client to be exactly where they are, and our sessions often bring up emotions, laughter, and tears.
Many people leave feeling peaceful and rested, or energized and clear-minded, and we're glad to support those who are working toward healing body, mind, and spirit across Berkeley and the East Bay.
