Marina Garcia Hypnosis is a hypnotherapy practice in Berkeley focused on calm, collaborative sessions that help clients build relaxation, manage anxiety and work through fears. Many of our clients are new to hypnotherapy, so we take time at the start to explain the process and make sure you feel at ease before we begin.
Each session is shaped around your own goals, and we work at a pace that feels comfortable, so you stay engaged and in control rather than feeling something is being done to you. We offer sessions in person in Berkeley as well as virtually, which makes it easy for clients across Alameda County and the wider East Bay to work with us.
