About
Yoga Room brings a calm, free place to stretch and meditate between flights at San Francisco International Airport. Our studio is located in the airport's terminals, giving travelers across San Francisco and the Peninsula a quiet place to unwind during long layovers.
We provide yoga mats and disinfecting wipes so you can settle in right away. The space is compact, comfortably fitting a few mats at a time, and it offers a peaceful break from the bustle of the terminal.
Our rooms are free to use for as long as you need.
Stop by during your next layover to take a few moments for yourself before your flight.
