About
At Yoga @ Nourish Osteo & Wellness, we help Crestmont and Oakland Hills residents find calm, strength and a sense of ease on the mat, whether they're brand-new to yoga or returning to practice. Our classes are small and intimate, so every student gets personal attention and instruction that adapts to where they are.
We keep the language approachable, which makes it easier for beginners to learn the poses without feeling lost. Our space is welcoming and peaceful, a place to restore, relax and reset.
We're proud to serve neighbors across Oakland and the East Bay who want a yoga studio that feels warm and personal.
Book through our website and join us on the mat.
