Based in West of Twin Peaks, Yoga Flow SF - Ocean offers yoga classes for students across San Francisco and the surrounding neighborhoods of the city. Our studio occupies a historic old ballroom, and its light, peaceful space is a big part of what our members love about coming here.
Our teachers are known for flowing, grounding classes that blend strength, philosophy and encouragement, and every class welcomes people at their own pace, whether they're new to yoga or have practiced for years. Our classes are heated, so we recommend bringing a face towel and plenty of water.
