About
Gentle guidance, encouragement to push your own limits, and a welcoming community: that's what we offer at Yoga Family. We are a yoga studio in San Jose serving families and adults across Santa Clara County who want to build strength, flexibility and calm.
Our classes range from power and flow to yin, so students at every level can find a practice that fits. Our teacher gives detailed instruction and lets each student ease into advanced poses at their own pace, so every session feels both challenging and supportive.
Many of our students have practiced for years and still find fresh ideas in our classes, including outdoor sessions when the weather allows. Here, we aim for a practice that leaves you energized and peaceful, with plenty of smiles along the way.
