About
At Evergreen Yoga, we help San Jose and the South Bay find a steady, welcoming yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility and better posture at every level. Our small group classes give each student personal attention, with modifications offered so every pose fits your own fitness level.
We offer a wide range of styles, including power, HIIT, breathing-focused and regular yoga, plus kids' yoga for younger students. Students can also choose one-on-one sessions, semi-group classes, online classes or a hybrid of in-person and online, so the practice fits your schedule.
Our instructor brings years of teaching experience and a warm, patient approach that makes every class feel like working out with a friend.
