Whether you need a gentle restart or a playful, energizing practice, Yoga Beach offers yoga classes, workshops and prenatal and postnatal sessions tailored to you. Our studio sits in the Sunset-Parkside neighborhood of San Francisco, and we welcome students from across the Sunset and the wider city.
Our teachers guide every class with creativity, flow and good vibes, and many students tell us they find our space genuinely accepting, including those practicing with injuries. Our prenatal and postnatal classes begin with introductions, and our teachers adapt the poses to meet each person's needs.
Beyond our regular classes, our workshops, such as our somatics sessions, give students a deeper way to explore movement and self-expression. Many of our students have made lasting friendships here, and we're proud of the warm, caring community that has grown around the studio.
