About
Wu Academy is a martial arts school in Santa Rosa focused on Kung Fu, Qigong and Tai Chi for adults and kids across Sonoma County. We teach with patience and humor, and our students often tell us the training builds real flexibility, strength and coordination alongside a calmer, more balanced mind.
Our classes blend disciplined practice with meditation and deep stretching, so each session feels both energizing and restorative. Our instructors are known for explaining every movement clearly and for making kids feel welcome, so families across Santa Rosa and the North Bay can start with confidence.
Many of our students have trained with us for years, and we're proud of the friendly, positive community that has grown in our studio.
