About
Whitney Moses Massage is a massage therapy practice in Hoover/Foster, Oakland, focused on relieving pain and restoring movement through sports and therapeutic massage. We work with clients across Oakland and the East Bay who are dealing with persistent shoulder, wrist, forearm, back, or leg discomfort.
Our approach includes Neuro Kinetics, a method we use to help rebuild muscle function and mobility, including in cases of frozen shoulder and muscle that has weakened over time. Many clients come to us after months of limited movement, and we focus on finding the source of the problem, not just easing the symptoms.
We are attentive and knowledgeable, and we take the time to understand each client's body and goals before we begin. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing ongoing tension, or looking for relief from pain that radiates through your body, we are glad to help.
