About
Grand Lake and East Bay residents turn to Strategic Bodywork for massage therapy that eases tension and leaves you feeling genuinely cared for. Our practice focuses on TMJ relief and holistic bodywork, looking at how the jaw, neck, shoulders and hips are connected rather than treating one sore spot in isolation.
Each session is tailored to how your body feels that day, with a clear conversation at the start about your concerns and what we'll focus on. We pay close attention to pressure, adjusting it carefully and checking in as we go so the work stays comfortable and effective.
Many clients tell us the benefits last well beyond the appointment, and we're happy to adapt our approach for ongoing concerns like chronic lower back pain or the demands of athletic training. We work with clients across Oakland and the wider East Bay, and we'd love to help you feel more at ease in your body.
