Detailed technique, patient coaching, and a clean, lighthearted training floor: that's what we offer at Western Muay Thai. Our gym in Sunnyvale serves beginners and experienced strikers across Santa Clara County and the wider South Bay.
Our coaching centers on the fundamentals, from footwork and distance management to foot placement and weight distribution, so every student builds a solid base. We give personal feedback to each student, and we often review recorded sessions so you can see exactly what to refine.
Sparring is challenging but fun, and we're just as happy to help a newcomer who isn't especially athletic as we are to push advanced fighters. Whether you want to learn kickboxing for fitness or develop as an effective Muay Thai striker, we'd love to help.
