Wenyoga

For aerial yoga, prenatal classes and calm mat practice in Sunnyvale, Wenyoga is here to help. Our studio offers a range of classes, from aerial yoga for beginners who are new to hanging techniques to aerial dance for students ready to take on more advanced moves.

Our instructors are known for being patient and kind, guiding each student step by step, whether they are trying something for the first time or working toward a new skill. We also offer gentle yoga for winding down after a busy day, as well as prenatal classes designed to keep expecting mothers moving comfortably.

Many of our students tell us the studio feels calm and restorative, with a warm, serene atmosphere that leaves them feeling energized and balanced.

Serving Sunnyvale and the surrounding Santa Clara County community, we invite you to book a class through our website.
