About
Vital Kneads LLC brings thorough, deep-tissue massage and bodywork to Redwood Heights in Oakland, serving clients across Oakland and the East Bay. Our studio is tucked away in a quiet wellness center among the redwood trees, with a clean, cozy space designed to help you relax from the moment you arrive.
Each session begins with a conversation about your needs and preferences, so we can treat your body holistically and adjust to what is tense or sore that day. We work deep to break up fascia and stubborn knots, and we take time to explain the techniques we use so you understand what is happening during your session.
Many of our clients come to us for ongoing care, from athletes and hikers recovering from long days on the trail to anyone carrying stress in their shoulders and legs. We're happy to welcome new clients, and we'd love to help you feel better.
