Upward Counseling Center

At Upward Counseling Center, we help individuals and families in Cupertino and across the South Bay find steady, supportive ground for the challenges they're facing. Our practice focuses on psychotherapy, offering a space where you can talk openly and work toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

We welcome adults and young people seeking help with stress, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing, and we tailor each session to your own goals. Our team is committed to a respectful, collaborative approach, so you always understand the direction of your care.

Appointments are recommended, so we encourage you to reserve a time through our website or give us a call to get started.
