At Trauma Healing Therapy, we help adults and children across Cupertino and Santa Clara County work through stress, traumatic life events and difficult relationship patterns with a calm, grounded approach. Our psychologists and psychotherapists offer individual therapy and couples counseling, and we also provide ADHD and autism assessments for clients across California.
We pride ourselves on attuning closely to each person, so you feel safe and understood as you explore your attachment experiences and past wounds. Our clinicians bring a balance of warmth and gentle challenge, helping clients move toward the change they want in their lives.
