Underground Fitness

Strength, stamina, and a welcoming space to train: that's what we offer at Underground Fitness. Our gym in Union City serves members across Alameda County who want a place to work out on their own terms.

We keep the focus on your goals, whether you're just starting out or building on an established routine. Our equipment and training space are set up to support everyday fitness, from cardio sessions to strength work.

Members come back because the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating.
