Newark families and East Bay athletes turn to Tri City Athletic Center for fitness classes that build strength, speed and agility for kids and adults alike. Our coaches encourage every athlete with respect and enthusiasm, and they lead by example in every session.
Our classes are inclusive, welcoming a wide range of body types and abilities, so sedentary kids and competitive athletes can both train alongside one another. Many families tell us their children, including those who don't usually enjoy organized activities, come to look forward to training here.
