At Element MMA, we help Newark and the East Bay build real martial arts skill, from first-time beginners to experienced fighters. Our Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes combine conditioning with careful technical training, so every session challenges you and leaves you better than before.
Our coaches bring firsthand fighting experience, and they take the time to explain each technique, give individual feedback and make sure every student is learning properly. We tailor our approach so you can progress at your own pace, whether you're training for fitness, self-defense or competition.
