About
Total Wellness brings relaxation, physical relief, and attentive care together in one place: that's what we offer in Oakland's Grand Lake neighborhood and to clients across Alameda County. We are a massage therapy practice focused on helping each client recover from physical strain and tension.
Every session begins with a short consultation so we can understand where you feel tightness and what you want to focus on. We adjust pressure and technique as we go, from firm and deep work into tense muscles to a lighter, gentler touch when that's what your body needs.
Our approach is thoughtful and skilled, and we never rush, so you can take time to work through your concerns and leave feeling better. Our studio is kept clean and calm, designed to help you settle in and fully unwind.
