In the heart of the Inner Sunset, Tiny Haven Yoga offers a calm, welcoming space for yoga practice in San Francisco. Our classes follow the Iyengar tradition, with a strong focus on clear alignment and careful use of props so that every student can meet the postures where they are.
Our studio is kept clean and peaceful, giving you room to settle in and focus on your practice. Students from across the Inner Sunset and Cole Valley and beyond have found our teaching patient, precise and deeply supportive, whether they are new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
