TheTeenDoc is a counseling practice in San Mateo, serving families across San Mateo County and the Peninsula with a focus on teens and young people. We are a Black-owned, women-owned practice, and we welcome LGBTQ+ clients in a space that is affirming and transgender-safe.
Our counseling is built around listening closely to young people and helping them feel understood, while working alongside the parents and caregivers who want to support them. Clients often tell us they feel at ease with us from the first session, and that is something we work hard to protect.
Appointments are required, and we recommend booking ahead so we can plan time for each person's needs.
