For psychotherapy and counseling in San Mateo, Jessica Urzua-Jones LMFT is here to help. We are a Latino-owned, women-owned practice serving individuals, couples and families across San Mateo and the Peninsula.
Many of our clients come to us carrying long-standing depression, anxiety and trauma, and we work to help them feel truly heard in a space that feels safe and judgment-free. We are bilingual and culturally sensitive, so clients can speak in the language that feels most natural to them.
Our approach blends compassionate listening with practical tools and optional homework to support personal growth and help navigate difficult moments. We also work with children and families navigating recovery from trauma, offering guidance and resources along the way.
