About
Inner Sunset yoga fans turn to The Yoga Shala for heated power yoga that challenges you while staying welcoming to every level. Our warm, clean studio is designed for flow, whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or building on an established practice.
Our teachers bring different styles to the room, and many of our students have found that every instructor they try is a great fit. We're a woman-owned studio with a growing community of regulars across San Francisco and the surrounding neighborhoods who come for the workout and the friendly atmosphere.
Each class feels personal, and our teachers take the time to make sure you feel supported from the first pose to the final savasana.
