Couples across Berkeley and the East Bay turn to The Couples Center for relationship counseling and workshops that help partners understand their patterns and rebuild closeness. Our psychotherapists bring an in-depth understanding of relationships to every session, and we offer couples counseling alongside workshops and date-night events designed to help partners communicate with more compassion and curiosity.
Many of the couples we work with come to us after years of busy family and work life have pulled them apart, and our sessions give them a calm, supportive space to reconnect. Our workshops are carefully structured and value the input of each partner, giving couples practical tools to step out of negative argument cycles.
