At The Castro Room, we help yoga students across San Francisco find a grounded, mindful practice in the heart of the Castro-Upper Market neighborhood. Our studio is a bright, spacious room with vaulted ceilings, a warm temperature that lets you sweat without overheating, and a welcoming community that has gathered here for years.
Our classes are led by experienced teachers, many of whom also offer their own teacher trainings, and our longer-format sessions give you time to ground, breathe, and go deep.
