About
Based in Oakland, Table 4 One provides massage therapy for clients across Oakland and the East Bay. Our therapists focus on finding the right amount of pressure for each body, whether you're coming in for a routine session or need care through different stages of life, including pre-natal and post-natal massage.
We take the time to locate tight knots and sore spots, including ones clients didn't know they had, and we're happy to work deeply where the body needs it. Our approach is warm and upbeat, and many of our clients have been coming to us for years, from individuals to whole families.
