About
Whether you need a calm morning practice or a workday break, Svastha Yoga, Wellness and Community Hub offers yoga, Pilates and wellness services tailored to you, right here in Alameda. Our light-filled studio is well ventilated and fully equipped with high-quality props, and our class times fit around work schedules, with weekend options too.
Each of our instructors brings their own style and creativity to the mat, so you'll find classes spanning a range of levels and approaches. Beyond classes, we host monthly sound baths, offer acupuncture and massage therapy, and gather our community for potlucks.
We were created as a hub where people can come together, and you'll feel welcome from the moment you walk in. We serve families and neighbors across Alameda and the wider Alameda County area.
Book online through our website, or stop by and say hello.
