About
At Suzanne Drolet Yoga Therapy, we help Upper Diamond and East Bay residents move with less pain and more ease through personalized yoga therapy. Our sessions are tailored to each body, with careful attention to discomfort, injury, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and conditions like Parkinson's.
We offer one-on-one and couples work, both in person and over Zoom, so every practice can meet you where you are. Many of our students tell us the work has become a steady part of their daily lives, with exercises and poses they carry beyond the session.
We bring a patient, warm, and attentive approach, always respectful of individual needs and open to feedback, and we also offer guided meditation and support through major life events like surgery.
We invite you to reach out to start your practice, and you can book through our website.
