Surja Jessup Body/Mind Transformation

For body-centered hypnotherapy and counseling in Bushrod, Oakland, Surja Jessup Body/Mind Transformation is here to help. We work with clients across Oakland and the East Bay, guiding you to look beneath the surface of the patterns that keep you stuck, from old trauma and painful breakups to eating issues and anxiety.

Our approach goes beyond talk therapy alone, bringing together mind, body, and spirit so that healing reaches the root of what you are carrying. We create a deeply safe and nurturing space where you can explore your own limiting beliefs and fears at your own pace.

Many clients tell us the insight they gain here has shifted how they see themselves, bringing greater ease in their relationships, their work, and their everyday lives. Our intuitive, compassionate guidance draws on years of experience and a grounded spiritual practice, and we are happy to work in person or over video and phone.
