East Bay Ayurveda

Clawson residents and Oakland neighbors turn to East Bay Ayurveda for Ayurvedic massage and wellness consultations that leave you feeling more energized and more in tune with your body. Our abhyanga treatments are warm, nurturing and attentive, and we take time to check in with you before we begin, so every session is shaped around how you are feeling that day.

Many of our clients come to us during pregnancy, and we're glad to offer prenatal abhyanga for this important time, as well as gentle sessions that introduce children to self-care. Beyond massage, we offer wellness consultations that help you understand your own constitution and find practical ways to support your healing at home.

Our treatment room is a calm, comfortable sanctuary, and our shop carries a wide selection of self-care products to continue the practice between visits. We serve families and individuals across Oakland and the East Bay who are curious about Ayurveda or ready for a reset.

Book through our booking page and we look forward to welcoming you.
