We keep our locker rooms and saunas clean and well maintained, and our sound system stays at a comfortable volume with music that suits a serious training environment. Our staff are welcoming and helpful, and we're proud of the friendly, supportive community that members have built here.
Our old-school atmosphere is relaxed and focused, and we also offer a ladies-only gym for women who prefer that space. Members across Sonoma County tell us they find our value excellent for the quality of equipment and service they receive.
