For yoga in Downtown Oakland, Soulflow Oakland is here to help you feel grounded and at home in your practice. We are a healing arts center offering yoga classes, Zumba, Afro-Brazilian dance, and sound bath events for people across Oakland and Alameda County.
Our teachers bring flexible, skilled instruction and adapt each class to what students need, so every body can move with ease and confidence. We have built a welcoming, inclusive community where people of color, queer folks, and allies can practice together and be fully themselves.
