Sonoma Like It Hot Yoga brings Bikram hot yoga, daily classes and massage therapy to Sonoma and the surrounding Sonoma County community. Our cozy studio is built around a warm, supportive community, whether you are a longtime practitioner or trying hot yoga for the first time.
We keep the space exceptionally clean and well maintained, so you can focus fully on your practice. Our instructors are kind, encouraging and paced to challenge you while leaving you feeling restored by the end of class.
Our Hot Mat Pilates classes bring the same energy and fun to a different style of workout, and many members who have moved to the area have found a welcoming new home with us. Visiting for a getaway or settling in for the long haul, you are welcome to join us.
