Radhe Lesny, LMFT, SEP brings somatic therapy, a body-centered approach to healing trauma, anxiety and attachment wounds, to Pleasant Hill and the families and adults across Contra Costa County. Our work is grounded in how the nervous system responds to stress and trauma, and we help clients reconnect with their bodies, understand their patterns, and build lasting sense of safety within themselves.

We offer a warm, calm, nonjudgmental space where all feelings are welcome, including the uncomfortable ones, and where healing moves at a pace that feels right for each person. Clients often tell us they feel truly heard and at home in our sessions, and that the gentle, attuned guidance helps them find clarity and inner resources they didn't know they had.

We are a women-owned practice and proudly LGBTQ+ friendly, and we welcome transgender clients as well.
