Jennifer Villena Therapy, LMFT brings compassionate, individualized counseling to Pleasant Hill and the families and adults across Contra Costa County. We offer individual therapy for anxiety, trauma, and the stress that comes with major life transitions, and we use EMDR as one of the tools we tailor to each client.
Our approach is built around helping you develop practical skills to manage emotions and triggers, so you can face challenges with more confidence on your own. Clients often tell us they feel comfortable opening up with us, and we work to create a space that is warm, open, and free of judgment.
