About
At Solstice Somatics, we help Grand Lake and East Bay clients find deep, lasting relief through intuitive bodywork that attends to the whole person, not just the muscles that hurt. We offer massage therapy alongside somatic life coaching, so each session can support both physical tension and the emotional patterns that often sit with it.
Our approach is grounded and nurturing: we take time to read where the body is holding stress and adjust as we go, which many clients describe as feeling truly understood. Clients often tell us they leave feeling more aligned, relaxed, and safe, and that they return again and again because each visit picks up right where the last one ended.
Whether you are new to bodywork or have been searching for a practitioner who really listens, we bring care, attention, and high-quality hands-on work to every appointment.
