About
Sol Hot Yoga and Movement brings heated yoga classes and movement sessions to North Beach and the wider San Francisco community. Our instructors take the time to guide you through each posture with clear cues and personal adjustments, so students at every level can build confidence safely.
We keep the studio clean and well cared for, because we believe a calm, comfortable space helps you settle in and focus on your practice. Each teacher brings their own style, and we encourage you to explore different classes to find the approach that suits you best.
Many students leave our sessions feeling relaxed and at peace, and we are proud to offer that experience to neighbors across San Francisco.
Book through our booking page to reserve your place, or stop by the studio to ask us which class is right for you.
