About
SMDWinter - Spiritual Guidance & Energy Healing offers counseling and Reiki sessions to clients in Los Altos and the South Bay. We are a practice focused on spiritual guidance and energy healing, supporting people who want space to reflect, process life transitions and reconnect with a sense of balance.
Our sessions combine counseling conversations with Reiki, a gentle hands-on or hands-near energy practice. We welcome individuals from across Los Altos and the surrounding South Bay communities who are looking for a calm, personal approach to their wellbeing.
Appointments are recommended, so we encourage you to reach out to schedule a time that suits you.
