Whether you need support for a child's anxiety or a family working through hard transitions, Mindful Child & Family Therapy offers counseling tailored to you. Our Los Altos team works with children as young as three, teens, adults, couples and families across Los Altos and the Peninsula.
We provide individual, family and relationship therapy, along with parent guidance for children who feel anxious. Our therapists are known for being skilled, compassionate and attentive, taking time to listen closely and to shape their approach around each person's needs.
