About
Based in Newark, SillimanLazyRiver provides family swimming and water play, plus water aerobics in its lap pool, for families and fitness-minded swimmers across Newark and the East Bay. Our lazy river and shallow play areas are designed with young children in mind, making us a favorite for toddlers and their parents.
Our water aerobics classes in the lap pool offer a full-body workout that's easy on the joints and suited to a range of fitness levels. Families tell us they enjoy visiting when the crowds are lighter, and we've seen many return again and again, especially during the summer months.
We're happy to accommodate both fun-seeking kids and adults looking for a refreshing workout, so there's something for everyone here.
Stop by or give us a call to plan your next visit with the family.
