At Silicon Valley Karate, we help families and adults across Palo Alto and Santa Clara County build confidence, discipline and real self-defense skills through traditional Shotokan karate. We teach karate to children, teens and adults, with a Kinder program that gives our youngest students a gentle, fun first step into martial arts.
Our classes blend traditional technique with a friendly, unintimidating atmosphere, and we make sure beginners and newcomers feel respected from their very first day. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, we use games and peer mentoring so students learn by doing, with older students helping newer ones grow.
Because we offer classes nearly every day of the week, it's easy for students to build a steady practice that fits into busy family schedules.
