Our sessions range from Swedish and deep tissue massage to prenatal massage and foot massage, and we tailor the pressure to each client's needs. We take the time to learn about your body and where you feel tension, and we check in throughout so you're always comfortable and never rushed.
Our treatment room is clean, tidy and peaceful, with a spa-like feel that lets you leave feeling lighter and more relaxed. We welcome clients from across Pleasant Hill and the East Bay, including athletes and expectant mothers looking for relief from lower back pain.
