About
Relaxation, gentle bodywork, and personalized care: that's what we offer at The Sanctuary Holistic Healing Center. We're a holistic wellness space in Pleasant Hill, serving families and neighbors across Contra Costa County and the East Bay.
Our therapists offer massage, including Swedish and Colombian lymphatic massage with wooden tools, along with chiropractic care, Reiki, and aromatherapy. Many guests tell us they arrive with tension in the shoulders, neck, or back and leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more connected to their bodies.
We take the time to understand what each body needs and adjust every session to match, so that tension and worry ease and specific concerns, such as neck or shoulder pain, are addressed gently. Whether you're looking for a restorative treatment or regular bodywork, we'd love to help you feel your best.
