We are a licensed marriage and family therapy practice offering a warm, grounded space for adults working through anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, and the emotional challenges that come with major life transitions.
Our approach is deeply relational: we take time to understand the whole person, honoring the mind, emotions, body, and spirit, and helping clients uncover the roots of their struggles.
