Santa Rosa Judo Club

Families and adults across Santa Rosa and Sonoma County turn to Santa Rosa Judo Club for judo classes that build real skill, confidence and fitness at every level. We offer judo instruction for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, with a well-structured curriculum that keeps training clear and progressive.

Our instructors are patient and invested in each student's progress, taking time to teach every technique correctly and explain the reasoning behind it. Safety is central to how we train, so warm-ups, stretching and careful technique execution come first, helping students build skill while minimizing the risk of injury.

Our classes balance experienced and newer practitioners, giving you plenty of opportunities for individual help and questions along the way. We aim to be a supportive, inclusive dojo where people feel welcomed, encouraged and never judged, and where the camaraderie among members is a big part of the experience.
