About
For martial arts training in Union City, Sam Montgomery Tae Kwon DO is here to help students of all ages build strength, focus and confidence. Our classes welcome children and families across Union City and the wider Alameda County area, with training available up to five days a week at a price that works for growing households.
We take a patient, positive approach: our students learn discipline and respect through guided practice, never through intimidation or punishment. Our instructor brings a deep background in the fighting side of Tae Kwon Do, along with a personable, friendly style that makes every class feel welcoming.
Families often tell us their children pick up life lessons that go well beyond the dojo, from goal-setting to perseverance. Each belt gives students a clear, reachable goal to work toward, so progress feels rewarding at every stage.
