About
Looking for somatic coaching in Berkeley? Sahar Shams — Somatic Coach offers one-on-one sessions that combine somatic work with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients reconnect with their bodies and nervous systems.
Our approach is gentle, safe, and grounded in compassion, so healing feels natural rather than forced. Clients often tell us they feel truly seen and held without judgment, and that changes start to show emotionally and physically within just a few sessions.
We serve people across Berkeley and the wider East Bay who are ready for a supportive space to turn inward.
